Jenny O'Connell

(She/ Her) Acupuncturist

Jenny offers compassionate support to those on their own health journey—whether it is a short term acute injury or a chronic illness. She prioritizes a gentle needling technique to help soothe stressed nervous systems, and is happy to adapt her treatments to meet the needs of each patient.

Jenny is a Registered Acupuncturist born and raised in the Maritimes. She lived in Victoria, British Columbia to study acupuncture at Pacific Rim College and has since relocated back to the East Coast to establish her practice.

It was a decades-long struggle with endometriosis and a strong desire to help others dealing with similar issues which prompted Jenny to study acupuncture. She is especially interested in treating menstrual issues such as period pain, heavy menstrual bleeding, irregular period, menstrual headaches, transition to menopause and other women’s specific health issues.

Jenny enjoys reading, writing, rock-climbing and spending time in nature.
